[KI-LC] Call for Votes: UDVPI WG Name Change

Coming out of the Las Vegas meeting, the following motion is on the
table for a vote by the LC.

MOTION: To change the name of the "User Driven and Volunteered Personal
Information Tech Work Group (UDVPI-Tech)" to the "Information Sharing
Work Group (Info Sharing WG)".

Rationale: The group believes this name more accurately captures their
purpose as outlined in their charter [1] as well as being a more
effective way to communicate.  It is also noted that they no longer need
the "Tech" moniker in the name.

Options:

 A. Reply to all with any discussion on this motion prior to voting. 

 B. Reply to this message with a "+1" if you support this change.

 C. Reply to this message with a  "-1" if you do not support this change.

The deadline for voting is Wednesday, September 30th at 23:59 UTC.

I'll tally the final results, treating no response as an abstention.
