[KI-LC] LC call 11/11: TI WG wash up

Hi All,

I've added Jose Luis's last suggested sentence to the charter. The first
paragraph in scope now reads:

"The ultimate goal of the Work Group is to help reconciling fragmented
efforts in the telco specifications development area and in the telco market
place regarding identity management. The identity of humans, legal entities
(as they pay network bills) and objects in general is addressed."

Does this addition satisfy the comments or should we include the longer
definitions for humans and devices as Jose Luis stated them?
