[KI-LC] Call for Votes: Formation of the Identity and Access Services Working Group (IAS-WG)

The poll closed last night, and I'm happy to report that the IAS-WG is
now an official Kantara Initiative Working Group.
Congratulations Gavin Illingworth, John Tolbert, and Jeffrey Broberg
(and thanks to all who contributed time and effort on their charter).
Gavin - Welcome to the Leadership Council. I look forward to working
with you. I hope you're able to make our call todat at 3pm PST | 6pm
EST | 23:00 UTC. 
Joni - Please coordinate with Gavin regarding next steps on provisioning
and any announcement plans he has.
